Returns & Exchange

Wholesale Sales Policy

All purchases made through our B2B platform are considered wholesale transactions and are intended for resale or business use. As such, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.


Return Eligibility

Returns may only be accepted in the following circumstances:

 

  1. Products received are damaged during transit.

  2. Products received are defective or have a manufacturing fault.

  3. Incorrect products were supplied by Mikesport.

  4. Quantity discrepancies between the order and delivered goods.

 

Return requests for reasons other than those listed above are subject to review and approval at Mikesport's sole discretion.


Reporting Issues

Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery and notify Mikesport of any shortages, damages, defects, or order discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

 

To submit a claim, customers may be required to provide:

 

  1. Order number and invoice reference

  2. Description of the issue

  3. Photographs of the product and packaging

  4. Quantity affected

 

Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for review or compensation. You can email your claim to: wholesales@mikesport.com


Return Authorization

No products may be returned without prior authorization from Mikesport. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

 

If a return is approved, customers will receive instructions regarding the return process and shipping arrangements.


Product Condition

Approved returns must be:

 

  1. Unused and in original condition

  2. In original packaging with all labels and tags intact

  3. Free from damage caused after delivery

 

Products that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.


Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, Mikesport will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

 

  1. Replacement of the affected products

  2. Refund of the purchase value, where applicable

 

Refunds will only be issued for approved claims and will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for approved claims relating to damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products and are subject to product availability.


Shipping Costs

Where a return is approved due to a Mikesport error, defective product, or verified transit damage, return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed by Mikesport.

 

For all other approved returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Policy Changes

Mikesport reserves the right to amend this Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy at any time without prior notice.
